By booking a service with RAD’S Auto Detailing Service, you agree to the following terms:

Service Area
RAD’S provides mobile detailing services throughout Kitsap County and surrounding areas, including Bainbridge Island, Kingston, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Seabeck, Gorst, Port Orchard, Belfair, and Gig Harbor. -
Service Completion
A service is considered complete once the agreed-upon detailing package has been performed and reviewed. Standards are discussed during inspection, and both the customer and detailer acknowledge the results at the time of completion. -
Service Limitations
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removable due to the condition, age, or material of the vehicle. Results may vary. -
Pre-Existing Conditions
Existing damage, wear, or defects will be documented prior to service through photos or video and brought to the customer’s attention. RAD’S is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing conditions. -
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
A safe and accessible work area must be provided.
Access to water and electricity within 50 feet is required.
Adequate space to open all doors, trunk, or hatch must be available.
RAD’S is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours notice is preferred for cancellations or rescheduling.
Customers who are not present at the agreed service location may not be eligible for future bookings.
RAD’S reserves the right to update cancellation policies, including potential fees, as the business grows. -
Weather & Work Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or high winds.
If light rain is present, customers may choose to proceed with the understanding that exterior drying may be limited.
Interior-only services may still be completed if suitable covered space is available.
Rescheduling due to weather will not incur additional charges.

Liability
RAD’S performs all services with care and professionalism.
Any damage that occurs during service will be documented and handled through proper insurance channels.
RAD’S is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service provided.

Aftercare
Customers are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the longevity or effectiveness of certain treatments or coatings.
