No Deposit Policy (At This Time)
RAD’S Auto Detailing Service does not currently require deposits. This may change in the future, particularly for larger or high-demand bookings. -
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued if damage is caused to the vehicle during service.
Refunds may also be issued if agreed-upon service standards are not met and cannot be resolved. -
Service Concerns
If you are not satisfied with your service, RAD’S will inspect the vehicle with you to assess the issue.
Efforts will be made to correct the problem immediately or through a scheduled follow-up visit.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the situation. -
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided if services cannot be fully completed due to weather or external conditions.
Partial refunds may also be provided if certain areas of the vehicle cannot be restored to expected standards due to condition beyond initial assessment. -
Refund Request Window
All concerns or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion. -
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
